Recruitment Campaign – Manifest for Teach for Ukraine
year:2024
linza agency and linza production developed a multi-phase campaign: Video Production | Public Relations | Broadcast Video | Social Media Marketing
Problem Description: The war in Ukraine has intensified the need for teachers in small towns and villages. Each year, Teach for Ukraine must recruit new young professionals to become role models and help develop local communities. With the challenge of short-term participant commitment, linza agency and linza production were tasked with creating an inspiring communication campaign for the 2024 recruitment drive.
Solution: linza agency and linza production developed a multi-phase campaign:
- Video Manifesto: An emotional video aimed at igniting passion for teaching and change, highlighting the impact of education on both teachers and students.
- Participant Stories: Four short Reels featured previous participants, each sharing their unique journey and how teaching transformed their lives and those of their students.
- Myth-Busting Explainers: Three animated explainer videos debunked common fears about joining the programme, showing potential candidates how they could overcome doubts and apply.
